Meet the Family

Here at My Family's Farm our vision is to bring the culture of family into everything we do...that means redefining traditional 'staff roles' as family. As a family, we seek to steward our roles and the resources God has given us well. The biblical definition of steward: A steward in the ancient world was a person who was given the responsibility and authority to rule over the affairs of the household. (Gen. 39:1–6). In that role, he was responsible to manage the household well; he was not to waste the resources of the family but to make wise decisions. Reframing the roles within this framework allows those that live and work here to see their role as more than a job or position but as an important member of the collective family at My Family’s Farm.
